17th November

Solar wind conditions continued under the influence of a negative
polarity coronal hole high speed stream (CH HSS) during the period.
Solar wind speed increased to 578 km/s early in the period before
becoming variable between 464 km/s to 566 km/s. Total field was
initially as high as 11 nT with the Bz component variable between -6 nT
and 11 nT. Total field slowly decreased to 3 nT by 17/0221 UTC with the
Bz variable between +/-3 nT and remained fairly steady at those levels
through the end of the period. Phi angle was mostly negative (towards)
through the period.
